Community Reminders (Covenant Restrictions):
  • The Speed Limit throughout our neighborhood is 25 MPH. 
    • With the summer weather, expect more foot and bicycle traffic on our streets. 
  • No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public eye on any lot except:
    • If the premise is for sale or rent
    • Signs used by a builder to advertise the premises during the construction and sale period.
  • The use of power drive boats over 10 horsepower is not permitted on our lakes.
